I had an unauthorized charge to my debit card for $59.97 and another one for $1.80. I called the toll-free number and waited on hold for about 15 minutes. The number is 1-866-584-7730. They wanted my credit card number. I refused to give it to them. A five minute argument ensued. It was only when I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone who could help me without me revealing my credit card info did this person find my record. They had my name and address but someone else's email address. I told the person that was not my email address and I didn't sign up for nor want this service. She finally told me she would refund me my $59.97 but I was out the bank charge of $1.80 for an international transaction. I have to talk to my bank about this. She warned me that I would be 'scrub listed' on their site and never be able to register with them again — thank goodness!
