Group Inc ripoff, dishonest, worthless piece of equipment fraudulent ripoff business

After replacing the orginal modem three times, the computer still doesn't work and there is no help in sight. I am frustrated by the countless hours and run around that I have experienced. This has been going on since September.
Is there any help in sight? Has anyone filed any legal charges or even gotten their money back?
I am so tired!
