Did not receive dvd's for complete dvd's for sopranos six seasons Sicklerville New Jersey

I had ordered dvd's in august. The company took my credit card. They charged my credit card. Only info that I get is order is pending. Now it's october and I still yet to speak or get a date on my pending shipment.
