This 'technique' has worked for me in the past and it worked this time too. It took a while, but I got my rebate. Here's how...
ClubIT was purchased by NAOC Holdings (naoc-holdings.com) and apparently they decided to renege on their rebates. NAOC is located in an office building that shares a receptionist and a fax machine with a bunch of other companies. Don't even bother trying to call them - you will only get an answering machine. I did manage to get through to the receptionist one time only to discover that NAOC only comes into the office a couple of times a week.
Hopefully you have saved a copy of your submission. You will need access to a fax machine or a fax modem and software. NAOC's fax number is 323-330-0501 send it to the attention of Hilda at NAOC. Just keep repeatedly sending a copy of your rebate submission to that fax number - the more pages, the better. This is especially effective with NAOC since this is a shared fax between a bunch of companies. The idea here is to wear them down by monopolizing the fax and running it out of paper. This pss's off all the other clients and it will eventually get the attention of someone. I did get a check - I win!
