I've bought the Cooler Master EXTREME 500W PSU from them. The rebate was offered with this item. First PSU came in DOA, so i've nothing to do than to ship it back for exchange. It took $14 to ship this crap back and they are not going to refund it.
After that I've got the notification that my rebate is denied because of the exchange of that crap that they've sold tome.
Tried to contact to them by the e-mail provided. They do not respond exept the automatic e-mail saying that they will contact me.
So, be aware that those guys are selling crap offering the rebate and then denie the rebate due to exchange, and you also loose money on return shipment.
