Ordered a Cable crossover machine in Jan 08 they billed my acount on 01-04-08. Called them about 3 weeks later to see if i could get a tracking number. Its been excuse after excuse putting me off. My mistake was i didnt think they billed my visa card usually its billed when item is shipped. Called my bank they said after 120 days you are on your own. Contacted BBB to resolve it. Jim moore emailed them that i understood that its a custom item and i have been kept in contact about it. BBB closed complaint. Opened another one today with BBB. I dont have alot of faith. I am out 1,550.00: (
