I ordered equipment from this company in September. This was an upgrade to the weight room at our school. Sent in a deposit of 50% and was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get here.
At about the 4 week mark I began to inquire and was told there was a problem with the "weight stacks". Four weeks turned into nine weeks and at this point I am absolutely sure I have been ripped off.
I asked for my money back and was told by Jim Moore he would "see me in court". He then proceeded to accuse me of being in breach of contract because I would not send in any more money! (can you imagine!!!)
Jim Moore is a con man, and this company is a scam and a rip-off. Do NOT be fooled by the website. You will not get your equipment, you will get ripped off, and you will become extremely frustrated trying to have a rational conversation with this man (when he answers your calls, which is rarely). I determined that he has caller ID and if he has you on the hook he won't answer your calls. However, if you are a new customer he will pick up right away.
It would also pay to check out the Better Business Bureau of Greater Arizona. They have a lengthy file on this company. Unfortunately I found out too late. Don't make the same mistake!
Do yourself a favor and stay clear from Pro Fitness.
