Purchasing Manager, Order merchandise and paid for it by cheque and does not deliver

We ordered merchandise from Miracle Computer Inc in San Jose, Ca and paid them by cheque in advance. They did not ship my merchandise; after many phone calls, the owner Michael Chang would not answer our phone calls. Our collection agency contacted them and they ignored them also. Our collection agency is entering phase three tactic to collect from them.

I want to alert people that this company may not delivery merchandise or refund your money to you. Your request falls in deaf ears. Do not order from them under any circumstance, you pay them in advance and you may be ripoff!
