Ive seen one report on here about this company and i would like to share my experiences with you about them aswell. Its concerning bidware.com and there hosting service powhost.com
Now i bought a domain name and 2 years hosting hosting off them and was told that cause i had to pay not by paypal then i would be charged double. I spoke to a man named chris. Now me desperatly needing a domain agreed to this and paid him the money by bank transfer.
So i also bought his software from him and he said that if i give him my details he would set it all up for me free of charge. Now he said it would take him 2 days,
3 weeks had passed and i kept contacting him and he said that it would be done when he is good and ready.in the end i got fed up of waiting after waiting 7 weeks i asked for a refund.
He told me to get lost and that he was keeping the domain name and the software i had bought would become useless.
He threatend me that if used the software he would sue me for copyright theft cause it was his company name on the software. But why would he sell it to me if he knew i was going to use it???
Anyway i didnt use it and he said that he didnt want to speak to me again and swore at me. So i said i was going to contact the police and he said go ahead and do it cause the police would never find him.
Now i have contacted the police for him ripping me off and they told me there was nothing they could do as he was in another country usa.
He has kept emailing me abusing me on the emails calling me a limy son of a bi*h, and was going to come and kill me and my family. Limy so i have heard is an insulting word to british people.
So i have been ripped off for over $1000 and cannot get my money back. I have tried contacting my bank but they dont seem to want to help.
I have lost alot of money and time due to this company and i suggest that everyone stay away from them if you know whats good for you.
Since dealing with this bloke i have found a great free hosting website that dont charge what so ever and has much bigger space to upload my website. They also give unlimited free support unlike chris from bidware who only abused me countlessly.
The free hosting is 000webhost, if you google it and type 000webhost you'll see it. Everything is free about this company and they are amazing.
I just wish that i had found these guys before being ripped off by bidware. So please i beg you all, dont bother paying this guy from bidware money when
1) he will rip you off endlessly
2) you can use free hosting with a free domain name at 000webhost
Please guys dont get caught out like i did and get abused by these theives.
