I cancelled AOL service in September. They wanted to give me "free" coutesy service through mid December which I wearliy accepted. I was never billed for October and November but was suddenly billed for December becuase I had "opened" the net during December (how else are you going to see if it's closed?). The AOL operators are slick (sick). When you close your account with them, totally close it and leave them in the dust. I have heard the same story from other people so this must be a company directed policy. Beware.
