I noted a pending charge from Netzero today and I have never used this internet provider. I use RoadRunner. I called the billing # and spoke to a heavily accented man who needed my CC/debit # in order to search for this account. Unfortunately, I did give him that information as it does make sense to have that info to do a search, but I probably should not have done it. After not finding an account he gave me the following email: [email protected]
I sent them an email with generic information and will contact them tomorrow with the actual amount. I hope to talk directly to a person who 1) speaks good English and 2) one who is familiar with my problem. Has anyone had a similar problem that was resolved to their satisfaction?
