I got an email for rebate processing and thought i'd try it but it did not work out so I asked for a gauranteed refund and the runaround began. They first told me that it was not a problem and I would get a full refund but I did not get one. Then they told me they had the wrong credit card number so I gave them the right number and still got no refund. I had a phone number but now it is no good, no answer. Ssnt them numerous emails and was told it was being sent to the manager and got many ticket numbers but still no refund. So I told them I was going to turn them in to the better bussiness beaureu and now they just keep closing my ticket and not answering my emails.
