I ordered some shoes and was guaranteed delivery and never received my order. I was then guaranteed a full refund and have yet to get one. Mr. Whiting has been good to respond to my emails until recently. He doesn't answer the phone either. I am wanting my full refund as stated to me, in a wire transfer as I did a wire to him. If not received in that manner I want $107 added to my original refund of $1,420 for the cost of the transfer which I made and didn't receive my products. I have emails from him stating he would provide the refund because he was at fault. I feel I should be reimbursed for my loss of money from the wire transfer.
