I have been trying to contact them for weeks. I want to cancel all further (and 2 past) charges/shipments.
I have never been able to talk to a live person, or leave a message. I am put on hold, and given an internet address if I want to cancel-the prerecorded message says to go online to cancel.
When I go online, the only way to cancel is on an unsecure site where I am to give my name, address, and full credit card information, including complete card number. When I will not fill-in the complete card # on this unsecured site, the program will not submit any of my message/information.
When I go to the contact link on the site, it is only for media contacts. I tried sending an e-mail on that link anyway, since it was the only available avenue. I received no response or acknowledgement of that e-mail.
Now another charge has appeared on my March statement. I do not want their product; incidentally, I have not even received anything this month, just another charge!!!
They are crooks.
