I am trying to cancel my son's account and when I get to submit it the web page expires

I was trying to cancel my son's subscription. After entering all of my demographics with credit card info it prompts you to submit to cancel. Once you click on the submit button the page is redirected to "404 Page not found
Sorry, the page you were looking for was not found". It's easy to sign up but it's hard to cancel.
