Hughes Net internet access is slower than my dial up service. I can switch from web to web but once I get in it is so slow that my dial up service would make them look bad. And that is really saying something, because I can unload my dishwasher while my dial up gains access to my bank accounts.
I have invested a lot of money in getting this installed so I could work from home and now I feel like I have been ripped off. Please check them out before you get this service. I have also spent at two hours with tech support (ha! Ha!) that has not solved the problem. It took me at least 45 minutes to access this website (usacomplaints.com) and then confirm the e-mail and try to get back to this website. At this point I am just tired. Who has time to deal with this incompetence???
