Ordered a Sharp TV online, told to wired money via Western Union. Company only accepts Western Union or direct bank wiring to Vittorio Statti in Rome, Italy. Got confirmation email that payment was received from the billing department and an UPS shipment number will be emailed when item is shipped. This occurred on 7/18/08.
Despite repeated emails to customer service, billing and sales departments plus phone calls to the physical address in Florida, no reply whatsoever.
Any idea how I can get my money back & file criminal charges?
