ISnare Scam Glenn Prialde iSnare stole our money Phillippines Or Malaysia

The outfit, iSnare and its owner, Glenn Prialde are no stranger to the complaint (see their other entries). The guy himself looks about 16 and it may of course not be his real name.

We purchased 5 of iSnare's so called "Article Distribution Credits" via their authorised card merchants 2Checkout.com (2CO.com); these credit are supposed to be added to your account immediately.

After payment we logged into our account only to find out that no credits had been added to our account at all; well, not a problem, we thought, let's give them a call: we went through the website with a fine toothcomb, NO TELEPHONE NUMBER; well, never mind, we'll email them; same thing again, not a single email address listed anywhere on the site.

Eventually, we found a web-based form you could fill in and submit with your query: by this time we were getting seriously concerned, particularly as one of the options read "Billing" indicating that this outfit was rather accustomed to billing queries; anyway, we emailed asking them to update our account, and... NO RESPONSE.

The next day, we emailed again, in a slightly sterner fashion, and, again... NO RESPONSE.

The next day we emailed again, asking them to either update our account with the purchased article distribution credits, or refund us our money and again... NO RESPONSE

The next day we contacted 2Checkout at [email protected] asking them to chargeback the amount we paid; they emailed back with a copy to iSnare's owner, Glenn Prialde, asking him to refund, and again... NO RESPONSE.

The next day, we emailed [email protected] at 2Checkout again, and... NO RESPONSE.

The next day, we emailed [email protected] at 2Checkout again and... NO RESPONSE.

The next day, we emailed [email protected] at 2Checkout and Glenn Priade advising we would file a report on this site, and again, NO RESPONSE.

I suspect that these "Article Distribution Credits" do not actually exist, but Prialde only takes only a small amount of money from you, so presumably most people can't be bothered to complain; if you are scammed by Prialde, the best thing is to relentlessly lobby 2Checkout/2CO to take away their merchant facility as we will continue to do until we get our money back. There are only a limited number of card merchants out there, so Prialde will quickly find himself without a means to take his victims' hardearned cash.
