Paid $965.00 for ski wear recieved nothing, no refund, now no response

I paid $965.00 for some spyder ski wear from a moshe pinto, who as a internet shop AUTHENTICSPYDER, on april 12th i paid through paypal all well and good then the excuses started with, lost by usps, stuck at customs, will get in touch with them chase the items up, then filled insurance claim. I must of sent 30 emails numerous phone calls doesnt reply. Basicly i dont think the items were ever sent and was just putting me off untill paypals 45 day dispute time had elapsed. Now paypal dont want to know and mr pinto will not respond to me.
