I'm reporting this company because they are having problems with people hacking there system and stealing procodes we pay a lot of money for to use there serveces. I paid 200 bucks for a server procode to host a room through camfrog. Then I paid 50 bucks to use there video chat service. I had bot procodes for over a year and then in the last month they took both procodes I have been trying to contact them for the last two months and they tell me they will replace the codes or they will then say we replaced it and they never give me anything. I"m not the only one they ripped off so fare there are many others and I will send them to this web sight to get the ball rolling and get what we paided for back or our money back. This is not right they have a tos and I followed the tos they in the last two months changed the tos we use to be able to use the procodes on two rooms and two im chats. Now they changed it and say only one so we did what they want but yet they still delete procodes and tell use they are having problems with the system but wont give use back what we paid for. I just hop they will soon get a better costumer service becuase right now they suck.
