I bought and paid for camfrog back in April worked great till October 18... Until I went to their website to update it and after I updated the software my activation code was no longer valid, after many emails with the helpdesk at camfrog.com they finally contacted (via email) me with my receipt and with my activation code, that was no longer valid! I went back and forth with emails with them and was told I need to purchase it again! Some customer help huh? Really, if you buy a program and it is a lifetime membership then why pay for it more than once? I believe they do this to make even more money by stealing these codse back and them make you spend another 50 buck to get it again... I know this has happened to others and something should be done about this, if you buy from them, beware they will rip you off as as well. What makes things worse is I am disabled and live on a very limited income and it took me 6 months to save the 50 bucks to buy this program. So everyone should know this before even thinking about purchasing camfrog!
