Buyer beware!
While upgrading my fingerprint scanner software I managed to get my self locked out of my programming pc. To remedy this I saw www.resetwindowspassword.com offering a 19.99$ application which claimed a 100 % password recovery, and a 30 day money back promise.
The reality of the purchase was,
19.99 the base program.
3.99 for what they called continued download support.
10.00 for an upgrade for the program to have all advertised features. And 13.00 for tax totaling out my 19.99 online purchase at a whopping 37$.
Now for the kicker... The download i was given from the purchase, is an empty file with absolutely nothing in it.
So i tried the "continued download support" which i paid 4 $ for, which had the same empty file.
So i tried to email EVERY email listed on the support / contact page. Every single email came back undeliverable.
End result:
Its not a legit company. It has no product to deliver on purchase. I will be enjoying another day of dealing with my bank to try to get my money back.
Avoid this company like the plauge.
