Billing me for 39.95 for a service in which i did not apply for or have any knowledge of

I recieved an e mail this morning july 30 8 stating they would charge my account of 39.95. I do not know what they are requeting this payment for?
Two days ago master card informed me of a fradulant activity on my card and they cancelled it. (Ihave not to date recieved any more information from master card of the atual charges in the mail) after recieving the e-mail I phoned 1800-7555909 which is not in service.

I then tried to contact them to cancell my subscription in which they wanted two parts of imformation either my e-mail address, credit card number (which is no longer valid) or my order id which I have no knowledge of.
