I bought a flash drive thru Buy.com. It came from a company named Vox Products but the packaging said whitebox.com. It was $42 for a 2gb flash drive plus some useless software disk. The drive sort of worked about twice, then wouldn't work anymore. I did get a replacement from Buy.com but havn't used it, because I meanwhile had gotten a flash drive from a reputable company, and used it instead.
I was supposed to get $30 back in rebates after 10 weeks. After 6 months went by I started enquiring by email about my rebates. They finally answered me and said my rebate was approved and I would get it by the end of June. When I still didn't get it, they then said it would be mailed next week. That was almost 4 weeks ago now. It has now been almost 8 months, and this fraudulent company doesn't even answer my emails any more.
