My statement: When will I receive my winnings? Are you sending me the $400 I won on the Milwaukee Brewers game?
Mario ext. 2900: Because of a threaten that we received from you on disputing the charges that you deposited with your credit card, the money was refunded back to your card, and the winnings from that transaction ($400) were taken away
My statement: There was never a threat about my balance. The disagreement was because of your refusal to pay me on my winnings.
