Ivycapital.com/ezincome taking money out of my account that i did not authorize

I read an e-mail that said that for $1.95 they would send me a CD about making money at home, so i said ok for the $1.95 and now they keep charging me $39.90 a month. Now i have to close my bank account and start another one. What a rip off.
