Withdrew 39.90 from my bank account without my knowledge

I ordered cd for 1.95 (shipping and hadling) which i did agree to, then 4 days later was charged 39.90 that I did not agree to.in fact nowhere on website was there addtional fees mentioned as i would not have ordered the cd. Beware this company are thieves.
