I placed an internet order for the book advertised on 06/21/01. I received the book but was unplesantly surprised when my next bank statement arrived to find that I had been charged twice for the same product in the amount of $29.95.
Despite looking through all of the paperwork I received, I could not find any phone number to call to report what I thought was a billing error.
I then tried an internet search for N.H.E.S. But that went nowhere.in frustration I gave up and now no longer trust anything having to do with ordering online.
I consider this to be a shame because I have long believed that the internet is a hugely valuable tool. It may still be, but not with the likes of these people preying on the average citizen.
