Ecently I purchased this companies product - ResetWindowsPassword I had to get a customer in his machine asap, as it wwas his business laptop and he forgot his passwords. This product did not work, so I purchased one that did. There website clearly states - 30 day money back guaratee
They have asked me for rmodel, OS sepcs etc. Which I provided.
Supposedly they had to test it, now they are offering a new version of their product, which does me no good as I already have a product that works.
I only want my money back.
