Match.com offered you free 3 trial days service and when you submit to it, you have to choose at least one package (there are 1 month, 2 months, 3 or 6 months packages). After 3 days, they will charge you automatically. If you forget to terminate the package before the due date of the package, they will still keep charing you after the due date and without warning you.
This is a bad service. The better one is to alert user when 3 days passed and let you choose to order or not. The worst thing is when u suspend your account, cancel the package after the due date and you still recieve a billing item from match.com showed on your credit card bill.
This made me feel that WMV match.com is a greedy company.
If you do not order anything from match.com but receive the bill from match.com, the first thing is to complaint to match.com and inform your bank. Match.com shall deal with your complaint and help you to cancel the record which they had requested your bank for your payment.
