I have get registed my 2 domains with them and also purchased hosting plan. But when i saw their service is very very bad and mostly their servers are down then i asked them, 1st to refund my money as per company policy in 30 days but they denied.
2nd then i asked them to give me you Authrization Code and i don't wanna continue my domains with them and i wanna transfer it to another server but they refused and ignor my request. They registered my domains so my Auth. Code they have. Now they closed my domain that is not working, i sent many emails but no response.
I also contact many them many times but no response from their side i am losing my business. So please help me to solve my problem i dont wanna my money. I need just my domains back coz its more important to me then money.
I have stored all emails thay i got from them including welcom emails from webhostasp.com
