Scam consumers by attaching its monthly fee to other internet purchases

I clicked through to check out a rebate offer on a purchase I thought had declined. But my information was picked up and I was made a member and it was charged to my credit card (all the information was received from the purchase I intended to make).

This internet company is making its money from consumers who unknowingly sign-up its service and don't notice the charge on their bill.
