I placed an online order with this company on June 17 to be shipped UPS ground. On June 27 I called to check status on the order. They gave me a song and dance but stated the products would be to me on the following Monday. When I attempted to request the UPS tracking number, the representative started again playing strange games saying, "Hello, " "Hello, " "Hello" as if he couldn't hear me. The connection was just fine.
I called him back and with a perfect connection on my end, he again acted as if he couldn't hear me.
The following week, I called several times during their business hours and received an answering machine. It has now been three business days after I left the messages with my contact and order information. No one has returned my calls.
They took my money on the day of order. This is nothing short of theft.
I will be pursuing this matter with the State Attorney General, my personal attorney (because it is the principle of the situation and fortunately I am in a position to do so), the BBB as well as reporting this situation to the companies whose products they sell.
DO NOT, DO NOT order from this company.
