I ordered the so called bundle of joy (TV, phone and internet) which has been nothing but grief. I have used the service in two different locations and the service goes out intermittently (I wish my high bill would, too). The service people have been out a few times but the problem still exists. What is with American companies can't they get their act together and deliver the services they promise and charge you outrageous fees for? I called Embarq and am dropping Cox like a hot potato.
