We signed up for bundle services with Direct TV/Quest. The first billing cycle they gave us 2 separate bills that were higher than the bundle price. They would not reduce the bill and said they would give us the bundle price next month. The next month we had the same problem. They said it takes 2 billing cycles to bundle it wasn't their fault no supervisor would talk to us and no one would call us back.
There are other complaints on the internet about the same problem.
