I am currently being charged for phone services I did not authorize by Enhanced Services Billing Inc. I was charged 3 consecutive months @$14.95 for a service labeleed Orbit Telecom, and was charged 1 month @$12.95 for a service called Voice Mail Solutions. I was credited $12.95 for the one month charged by Voice Mail Solutions, but to this date am still being charged for the service labeled Orbit Telecom. I have discovered a Class action Lawsuit dated 2001 against ESBI and its parent company by the FTC, as part of that settlement it was stipulated that they be enjoined against this "practice" in the future but apparently they didnt learn their lesson. How do I get my refund and a notice of cancellation of this servie. I repeat there is sufficent evidence to support my claim. I NEVER authorized these charges as claimed by them via the Internet.
