I am in total agreeance with everyone! Had I come across this website and read the warnings... I would have saved a few dollars.
I purchased the EasyAd Poster On June 5th and it has been nothing but a hassle since. As soon as I downloaded the product I was unable to use it. I have been e-mailing technical support since then, providing my phone number and e-mail address, and suprisingly my product still is unsuable.
They responded to me requesting I change a token and I let them know there was no tokens to change. Several days went by as I kept e-mailing them and I then received an e-mail asking me for my receipt number and registration code. That was the last e-mail received other then the generic message:
Thank you for your message. We have received it and will get back to you as soon as possible.

I am very frustrated with this product and company. They are very unprofessional and unreliable. I read in a previous report that all you have to do is request a refund. Well guess what? I have requested I receive my money back since I have been completely unable to use the product or if they could have someone contact me to help me with the product. They have done neither!
