AOL ripoff Tacoma Washington

I called to have my aol cancelled for months they kept giving me a monthe free and said I had to call at the end of the billing period so i kept trying to get a call in on the 15 of the month then a representative told me the billing period ended at the beginning that was after my dsl "free"trial and to no avail could i end this dsl "scam".

I had no choice but to cancell all service that was back in april i have STILL TO THIS DAY BEEN BILLED TO MY CREDIT CARD 99.99 A MONTH i HAVE NOT USED AOL SINCE LAST SPRING. This is outrageous. I would not recommentd aol to anybody. So here it is almost 10 months later what is so hard that they cant quit billing me..
