Offered antivirus program which damaged my computer, had to format to remove. Usa

I ordered an antivirus, so I thought. My computer continued to have problems. When I checked to see why I was told it was infected with viurses. I couldn't remove the junk I downloaded and had to format my computer. All for $80.00 and when I received my visa bill it had $128.00 charged to my accoount. I had to cancel my visa and I would still like to get my money back. I ordered this product in good faith but still had to go and get an antivirus program at a retail outlet. Please don't make the mistake I made.

I would appreciate any help I can get. I was stung not once but twice. I first ordered XPAntivirus File Shredder because my antivirus had expired and I was just trying to protect my computer.
