This is an online horse pedigree service with a paid subscription service. I paid for a year which ended in May at which time I renewed my subscription. My subscription service did not update and I could not access the paid for services. My emails were ignored.
Stupidly I did not pursue it last year.
I did tho want to use the service so stupidly I paid for a renewal for this year. My account now shows record of two payments with an expiry date of May and yet the account still shows as expired on May and will not allow me to access the subscription services I have now paid for TWICE.
I immiediately completed a contact form with the problem - no reply. I then emailed the email address - no reply.
I have since emailed several times with no reply.
I am out $200 and cannot use the service I paid for.
I live in Australia so can't just drop in.
I can add that the first year when I paid the subscription I got an error halfway through the paymnent process and used the contact form and got a reply to say the payment went through.
However when I subsequently could not use the service and emailed the same contact I never received a reply.
