These men are horrible. Their support is sluggish, the post occasions never achieve leading cited speeds, and also the download speeds seldom achieve leading cited speeds. The support is out, or has blips of down-time regularly. Additionally, whenever you try to stop, I believe it should be among their corporate directives to mess people again and again-cost them for additional weeks. Our contract went from May through May, which was my 12-month agreement. Subsequently, I had a need to stop in March, and so I completely likely to be billed through April. I'd previously taken care of March, and anticipated my closing month to become for $49.95, the main one closing month of my agreement. NO! They billed me $162!!! They attempted to express my agreement experienced June. They're complete shisters. I talked having a cust support representative when rescheduling, and he or she stated "I talked with my supervisor, and we shall ask you for only for your closing month of April - $49.95". I got along the solution quantity of the phone call, and submitted it for them after I got my final bill, with no response at-all! I responded to my final bill, with no response at-all!
