I didn't even file with them. They got my bank information and have been deducting from my account

I never filed with this company. I have no idea how they got my information but this company is a complete scam. I have tried calling the number listed but it doesn't work. I am going to file a complaint with the FBI because this company has cost us hundreds of dollars. If anyone knows who this company is or any information about this company please list it so I can file a report with the FBI.
