An unknown company has debited my account twice 4/18/08 and 4/25/08 for $79.95 for which a never authorized

terminal: ach-fed $ 79.95

I tried calling the 800 number listed, after dialing it pauses for about 8 seconds then a quick beeping and then it hangs up back to a dial tone.

I searched the internet by phone number and abbreviated name listed, and I spent an hour searching the web with no luck what so ever.

What can I do to have these funds returned?
