A company named Voice Link has allowed my 14 year old daughter to agree to be billed! So, for the past 4 months, with a bill totalling 127.85 has been added to our Verizon Long distance bill.
We have tried to call several times, and they are not answering their phones.
What company doesn't ask for an age? I am outraged. That they would allow my child to be an authority over our Phone bill.
I wish I knew how to get in touch with these people, and get our money back.
