Hijacked my brwser and front page of my computer last month and cannot be changed Internet

This company approximately 3 weeks ago hi jacked the browser and home page of my computer. Various purchased spywares andrepairs cannot unlock this - has affected the close down of the computer as well. My computer is my livelihood as I recover from stages of cancer. I paty for dsl, yet this marjketing company comes in and takes ovber my computer. Against the communications laws I would think. I called the tertiary company internet speedway and reported it.
