Promotional offer made on respected website, offering CD for shipping only cost, and then charged account $49.50 Las Vegas

This company made a promotional offer on a well respected website for that websites members. The offer was for Grant Search Educational Software and the offer indicated that the software was free and there would be only a shipping charge of $2.95.

When I looked at my bank account it had been charged $49.50. I have sent two e-mails and they apparently do not have the respect to return message or refund customers.

I would be happy to return the software to them, if a refund were to show up on my account, or if they would even respond to e-mails. I will be letting the website that allowed this promotion know about the business practices of Grant Resource Center / Grant Instructor LLC.
