I noticed today that I had a charge on my account for shopping essentials. I called them and they claimed that I signed up for their service in order to recieve a rebate on classmates.com. I informed them that I do not sign up for any such rebates or for their service. They gladly canceled the account, but refused to refund the money, even though I reminded them that I would be contacting my credit card company and the attorney generals office regarding this fraud. They were very rude. I spoke to two individuals there, a Christina (5766) and a Lucas (153271). Christina claimed to be a supervisor.
