We were referred and bought ERP accounting software from SRH Consulting. They quoted us a price for our needs. We signed the contract paid monies in advance and after 2 years they still have not fixed the bugs in the software, still have not delivered the features promised and started billing us additional money when they attempted to fix what they were supposed to deliver from the beginning. Russ Flowers and Randy Napier (The owners) both have been contacted many times and pretty much told us they will not finish the project unless we pay more money. Another SCAM they pull is to tell clients they need an update to their software, after you agree to the update fee they bill you thousands of dollars when their update screws up your system.
We are a small business and have ben really hurt by their deceptive and dishonest practices, when my company quotes a customer we deliver for the price promised. Beware... Don't do business with these liars... They will cheat you too!
