I looked online to find a HP Repair center and elaptop repair came up several times. So I filled out the shipping information and I got a fed-ex box within a couple of days. Shipped my computer off and they only communicated through e-mail because everytime you call the number it goes to voice mail full or you can leave a message. I gave them my info over an e-mail on June 30 they sent me a Invoice for the amount of $348.00 and again on July 9 for conformation of payment and asking me to sign the receipt so they can go ahead with the necessary repairs/return. I have emailed them several times and no response was ever made.
