My girlfriend and I ordered one expensive Affliction t-shirt each from Society 7 Clothing's website. Our credit cards were charged immediately, but two weeks later, we had not received our merchandise, so we tried to call. The number listed with the credit card charge was a generic voicemail box that did not identify itself as Society 7. The company's website gives another phone number which offers you two options - customer service or returns. I tried the customer service option twice and was automatically disconnected. I tried the returns option and it was a fax line or something, a screeching tone with no option to leave a message or proceed further. My girlfriend and I have both filed fraud claims with our banks.
